Please note that any booking via e-mail is a request only, however we endeavour to phone you back as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
At weekends and holiday times it may be quicker for you to ring us in order that we can process your booking over the phone there and then.

At busy times we will ask you to pay for your lane on booking which we can do by card over the phone so if in a group it would be useful if you could arrange to do this.
If you wish to reduce the number of your group or cancel, we require 24 hours' notice so that we can give you any refunds you may need. Should the booking include
pre-booked food or is a children's birthday party we need 48hrs notice. Anybody not turning up on the day cannot be reimbursed.
